Beata Puncevic

Ms. Puncevic is the Chief Growth and Technology Officer at HemaSource, bringing 20 years of extensive experience in software engineering and technology leadership within high-growth environments. Before joining HemaSource, Beata served as CTO at Techstars, the world’s largest early-stage startup investor, where she led the creation of a proprietary tech powered investment platform. Prior to that, she led the B2B division of Healthgrades, launching new products serving hospital and life sciences markets. Beata’s career also includes transformative roles at Health Care Service Corporation and BCBS of Michigan, where she built and led high-performing teams, executed strategic technology initiatives, and improved operational efficiencies. Beata holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois. Her leadership at HemaSource is pivotal in driving growth and innovation through software, expansion, and new revenue stream strategies. In her personal time she loves to read, hike, and spend time with her dogs.
