James B. Riter
Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Riter was elected Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer in January 1998, and has 24 years of experience in healthcare administration. From 1979 to 1997, Mr. Riter served with the pharmaceutical manufacturing concern, American Biomedical, holding various management positions including Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Riter began his career in 1976 as a staff accountant with Tanner & Company, Certified Public Accountants, in Salt Lake City, Utah, rising to various management positions in the audit and tax departments.

James J. Sielatycki
Director, Executive Vice President, Marketing & Business Development
Mr. Sielatycki joined HemaSource in January 2002. His 25 years of diverse experience in the medical field includes operations, sales and marketing. This extensive experience enables him to make significant contributions to HemaSource and its customers. Twelve years of his career were devoted to operations management for the pharmaceutical manufacturing concern, American Biomedical, where he became the company’s Vice President of Operations. Mr. Sielatycki also has four years of experience as Marketing Manager with Stryker Surgical and Utah Medical Products as well as five years as Territory Manager selling surgical supplies with DeRoyal Surgical and Cardinal Healthcare.

Martha M. Riter, Director, Chief Operations Officer
Ms. Riter has 21 years of experience in medical supplies distribution. As one of the founding partners of HemaSource, she has been instrumental in creating the "quality" image HemaSource exudes and promotes to its customers. Ms. Riter combines her extensive product knowledge with access to an international network of experienced sales consultants in the healthcare industry. Her efforts have been integral to HemaSource's excellent record of customer satisfaction and have contributed to its reputation of being known as "your quality medical supply source."

Leslie Leavitt, Sales/Customer Service Manager
Ms. Leavitt has more than 13 years of experience in the medical field, nine of which have been in sales and customer service. Her tremendous wealth of knowledge about products used in the procurement of blood and plasma is why she is considered to be one of the best consultants in the industry. Under Ms. Leavitt’s guidance, the HemaSource sales team is focused on delighting its customers by providing them with timely service and attention to detail. A warm, friendly approach to meeting the individual needs of each and every customer is her trademark and the vision she imparts to the rest of the HemaSource team.

Alan W. Forster, Operations Manager
Mr. Forster has 15 years of experience in medical supplies distribution as an operations manager, and has been with HemaSource since its inception in 1998. He has trained a highly motivated warehousing team that works together to ensure customer shipments are processed efficiently and accurately. This assures the extraordinary customer service and dependability that HemaSource customers have come to expect.
